The horses at Hogwarts were invisible to anyone who had never seen death. I wonder of that's the problem.

You could try verifying your files if you've installed via Galaxy or Steam.
And posting some more information such as the game version, OS, graphics card and such would also always be great.
Also next time try posting in the Witcher 3 forum and/or with a better title.
