hi i pre purchased grand ages medieval and in gog galaxy in my library when i click on the game theres is the button install and next to it there is the button more right next to the button more it says NOT COMPATIBLE what does that mean ???

ok thx but on the 25 when it will be released will i be able to download it even if it say not compatible im kinda new to gog firt time i purchase a game of them and that not compatible thing have me wondering

The game releases on September 25, so you can download it then (as the others above have already mentioned).

Let us know how it is when you start playing it!

It means it's not compatible. No seriously it's probably because it's not released yet. Mine says that too in Galaxy. I'm sure it's be good to go on release day.
