The content on danish Netflix is pretty crappy. So I usually visits other countries, mostly USA and Canada.

But that's over now, since Netflix had closed proxy access.

I just canceled my membership. No big loss. I alway felt that their crap TV made me more stupid. Bye bye Netflix!

It's a long time since i visted TED ... and there's lotsa wacky movies on archive org. And in my local cinema. And there's games to play too. This is the internet - no reason to pay for crap entertainment!

TED is indeed good! I have been on simulcast this Saturday here, in Vilnius, enjoyed every bit. It was kind of fun how all the speakers would fly to us in a helicopter after every session just to talk to us live for an hour or so.

Speaking of movies, can't really say I know sites... I am just going to the cinema or getting cheap DVDs in small shops of various goods.

Paying for television, what a laugh.

I am sure that there are alternatives for it.
Youtube, Google Play is there.

Tbh I don't even watch television, the one TV I do have isn't even configured to get tv reception, I just use it for Blurays and occasionally plug it into my computer (for movies on my computer). If I find a TV show I like I torrent it and then get bluray if I really like it.

Who need Netflix when the web offers awesomeness like Modern Business Machines for Writing, Duplicating, and Recording (1947)
(the MPEG2 has best quality, but is way big)
