Use google? Moddb, nexus, google search for quake maps, there are loads of sites.
One big map which is being made:

Have you checked out Quaddicted for Quake 1 maps? There's a ton of great maps on there!

Be sure to try Arcane Dimenions with the QuakeSpasm (Quake 1) engine!
