Yep definitely.

I always ensure my FLACs have embedded artwork and tags, and you want them to carry over to your MP3s.
I recommend the open source File Converter, supports a myriad of in/out files (audio, video, image, document), and easy right-click context menu and profiles.

Often use it to convert Youtube videos to mp3, or .webp to png/jpg, or batch convert a bunch of old xvid/divx videos to x264.

But yes, if one needs something with more advanced functions/options then ffmpeg or Hand-break will do the trick.
