Yeah, I agree with you. It seemed pointless back when they introduced them, and it still seems pointless now. I'd be interested to see what proportion of their sales movies account for. I'd be surprised if it even broke 1%.

We enjoyed the two "JourneyQuest" movies. Goofy fun, though the second one threw in a little bit of seriousness. Haven't yet watched "The Gamers" series.

My wife doesn't play games - and probably strains her eye muscles not rolling them at me whenever I'm playing - so if I can get her to watch some of these (and actually laugh a little) then I'll say the movies section is worth it. Would like to see more show up here.

It's really not that hard to read when you get used to it.

This site sells movies?

I regularly forget they sell movies. I remember when they first rolled that out they said they wanted to focus on gaming and game related movies. But honestly how many movies like that of a decent caliber exist. It's not exactly a popular genre.

It's not that popular but they could do like steam and sell some anime or that kind of genre

Coincidentally, I checked just yesterday, if any of the movies are part of this sale.

Some are indeed - but those are all movies, I already own, or I have no interest in.

And yeah - GOG could do a bit more, in regard of bringing more movies here, and/or when it comes to advertising the fact to newcomers to GOG, that there are some 50+ movies around to purchase.
