Hi I have encountered this problem after changing the password to my account, as well as changing the username because yesterday I have hacked two accounts so I am changing all the passwords in my possession, if I try to go to my profile from GOG on Chrome it closes the page by itself giving me an error. How can this be resolved? I apologize for my English but as it is not my first language I would seek help in Italian if possible. The error in question comes out as HTTP ERROR 404.

Well, the error just means that the page was not found, GOG has some old in the support area that lead to nowhere.

Make sure to delete your cookies before trying to log in in next time, maybe they caused the problem. Also try a different browser, just in case.

Hello. Are you sure your profile is enabled in the settings? If it's not, then you'll indeed get a 404 error when you try visiting it.

To check your profile settings, look at the images below:

Galaxy's settings can be different from the site's settings.

To enable your profile, put your mouse cursor in the square and simply click it (image 1)
If done correctly it, should look like the second image.

Ok now it started working on its own again ... I don't know if in the end it synchronized through the application or some momentary problem with the servers. Now it makes me access the profile without crashing and the check is active from the browser. I don't know if this problem can happen again in the future. Do you have any advice?

Not too much. Just check your profile settings and if there's nothing wrong with it (but you still get errors), you could contact support about it.
