Hi all,

I'm sorry to open a post regarding GOG support wait time again, but all i could find was posts from last year regarding this subject.
How long should i wait for support to answer, before submitting another ticket or replying to my ticket mail?
Since i sent my support query around 2 weeks ago, haven't heard from them, so i was wondering how much longer am i supposed to wait.
I know that they were very busy with the sale and that my ticket is not top priority (nothing to do with payments/refunds) but still i would like to get answer someday.

If anyone recently had any experience regarding this matter, please share :)

I contacted support during the sale on June 15 (Saturday). They got back to me three days later (Jun 18, Tuesday). After that, we exchanged a few messages with no more than about 12 hours of delay per response.

It is a mysterious world. I'm sorry you've had to wait so long..

If you've been waiting that long, I'd poke them again.
I'll never forget the time Support sent me an email telling me that Rep was being phased out and would be gone in six months.

That was four years ago.
What would be better, to write another ticket or reply on the ticket mail?

Rather reply on the ticket mail (or on conversation after logging into support platform). Basing on my experience, it's the more optimal.

I think 2 weeks is more than ample time, and agree to reply on the original ticket for their tracking.

They seem occasionally slower around big sales, weekends, and holidays, but personally I'd poke them again after 2-4 business days, all things being equal.

I'm not sure how robust their ticketing system is, but possible your ticket landed in one person's queue and they went out sick/vacation, etc. Also possible they are just looking into it with a supervisor, but still, 2 weeks is definitely plenty patient on your part.
