If Gog really has 1.3 billion customers and that's their support department, I'm beyond impressed they're responding within 48 hours.
I beg to disagree. Although it is true, that some time ago, support was almost immediate... They always get back to you, get in depth to the issue at hand and everytime (minus exactly 2, out of like 30 times i needed it), they provide you with working solutions. They are kind and once they get a hold of your ticket, they see it through.

In fact, GOG support is great... Especially if what others said is true (few workers for huge clientele). I myself had many problems with Steam support, instead; but that's another story.

Trust GOG. Give it some time. I bet my head on them and the quality of their services.

I assure you this is not the case. I think its because one specific person is replying to me and they might have lots of other tickets too. only if they did live chat.

Yeah, unfortunately. Also, i have a bone to pick with curation (turned down Agony Unrated thrice and without adequate reason, kept nice titles away from GOG store)... But support was the topic. I had the best of experiences with support.

and so, the real people have needs. like sleep, eat, poop, ..i think that's it.

witch is why it may seems like they answer faster on steam, cause bots do the first reply most of the time.
They do here as well....all replies at first are the default "we've gotten your ticket/do you have anything else to add" ones.

No, yeah, but after that the blue guy will takeover.

On steam, at least in my case, the bot was sending me all sorts of info to "help me out" with the problem. And when it din't help, the actual person took over. They do a bit more then those good old gog-bots.

I have over 1500 games on GOG, and GOG Support still often ignore me entirely.

They've been good to me in the past, even refunding a game that I didn't notice on the store page was incompatible with my OS... but right now it's been almost 4 days with not a word exchanged so far. It's for a game feature not working properly on Galaxy, and I'm waiting to either get it fixed or get a refund.
The only time I've needed GOG Support they replied to my ticket in less than 2 hours. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. However, during or immediately after weekends, holidays and big sales you can expect longer reply times.
Finally got a reply after 3 days. But they said they can only give gog wallet refund but that’s not what I want. Is that the only option?
