Breja: Why would you want sticky bacon?
avatar
tinyE: So it doesn't fall off the plate?
Have you tried slicing it so it doesn't roll around? In our world we can buy bacon sliced in packets :oO
Sticky pigs on the other hand would make darts quite fun.

Perverted man!
I have some games on my wishlist that I would want to get, and was hoping to do so when they went on sale, but given GOG's announcement about Galaxy being included, I am very hesitant to buy a game.

But, credit to GOG for their sales. When they have them, they are always amazing.

Galaxy isn't included in the installers yet, and GOG said they're going to provide separate 'classic' non-galaxy-laden installers as well once the galaxy-infection begins. So you can buy without worry.

Thanks GROOT! Hopefully, updates will be the same time as well.

Here's hoping for a good sale as always!

Epitaph666: Obligatory thread. So will it start before Steam's Summer Sale (June 22nd)?
Will it have free games?
Will it have more badges?
Will it have hints?
Don't know.
Don't know.
Don't know.
Don't know.

I do know that I've been having trouble not spending money on beer and junk food this year so that's a nice incentive to save money and loose weight at the same time.

bigblueogre: 3. Badges? GOG has badges? :O
avatar
zeogold: OP is probably talking about that XP gimmick that GOG keeps using for their seasonal sales.
That gimmick provides free games. :p

Highly unlikely since Galaxy already gets game updates before the offline installers.
Two weeks.
I don't know the answer but I don't know if I will be able to buy anything since I already got all I wanted xD

When did GOG say this?

I read in the official post that Galaxy would be included beginning the Friday after the announcement. It was only three days warning, listed only in the forums, and stunningly GoG didn't make it a sticky either (yet they claimed they considered carefully and with the player's best interest in mind - horse shit of course), but I have heard nothing of this.

Do you have a source?

The pinned post may answer your question. There may be others too. Not sure.
