Sometimes the search order is really messed up. Like when I am searching for "Ultima".

I get them in this order every time 3,2,4,1,7 Serpent Isle, 7 Black Gate,6,5,Ultima Worlds of Adventure 2, Ultima 4, Ultima 8, Ultima 9 and then Worlds of Ultima.

It's really annoying for a OCD guy like me.

You mean on this page?

Look at the top of the page. It probably says "Order by: Bestselling". That seems to be the default.

He must mean when searching his library, as several of the individual games he mentioned are sold in bundles only, and don't have individual catalog entries.

Don't worry, GOG already promised to fix this... in May 2015.
Also, as part of the solution, we will be changing the way that titles from a series are ordered (i.e. Broken Sword should always show up before Broken Sword 2).
