Last week I received a couple emails from GOG about things on my wishlist being on sale (at this point I've received dozens of these emails, so nothing unfamiliar to me). I saw a few titles that I wanted to buy, but I was busy all week so I made a note of when the promo ended and created a reminder on my calendar for a full day before the end of the promo. But today when I went to go add the games to my cart, I noticed that they were no longer on sale, even thought it's still 14 hours away from when the email said the promo was going to end.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

From the email I received from GOG on March 19th:

Day of The Tentacle Remastered
60% Off - Promo Ends on March 27, 2018 at 12:59 GMT

Current time right now as I'm posting this:
March 26, 2018 23:11 GMT

And when I look at my wishlist, Day of The Tentacle Remastered is currently not discounted.

What gives GOG? Why are you ending promos prematurely?

(This wasn't the only title this happened with either. Last week I received two emails from GOG telling me about 5 different games on my wishlist that were on sale and that the sale ended on March 27 at 12:59 GMT, and are currently no longer on sale 14 hours before the promo was supposed to end)

---------------------

EDIT: After looking around the forums for a while, I came to the conclusion that my expectations were simply too high for GOG getting things like sales, announcements or even their web site right.

"It's not a bug. It's a feature. The GOG sales roulette. You only get discounts if you can find the promo at exactly the right time."

In other words, if something doesn't appear to be working correctly with GOG somehow, this is normal and to be expected. Duly noted.

Sorry for the intrusion.

What if I'm a Tralfamadorian?
Just to throw this request out once again, maybe someone can post their headers to one of these emails and maybe we can see what the issue is....
