i remember back when i joined gog, that on sales where there was bundle offers (e.g heroes games bundle) if you had already owned some of the game in the bundle, it would decrease the item price from the bundle, for example, if there was a heroes games bundle and i already had heroes 3, it would automatically decrease it's price from the bundle price.

wanted to ask if any of the old users also remember this, and if gog staff is reading this, why has this stopped? it's such a steam move and not in the good way. shame.
The good old days when Judas and TheEnigmaticT were around to make things fun:)

That's really no new development. That's going on for years.
Where have you been all this time, that you only notice now?
Am I misunderstanding something? I know I have recently seen something about buying the complete series, and the price being reduced for ones you already own. Or is this specifically about sales, not general purchases? Is that the difference?

*confused*
There's a difference between the "buy the entire series", which is just a convenience thing that lists whatever you don't have yet, and putting it in your bucket does the exact same as you individually putting everything in would (you can just normally individually remove stuff from that after adding), and bundles, which have special discounts applied and are tied together (you cannot individually remove stuff from the bundle). The bundle will purchase all games in it and generate a gift code for those you already have, while on Steam the requested behaviour applies (at least when I last checked, which was a year ago at least), where the already owned games were just left out of the bundle and the bundle discount applied to the rest.

Ah, okay. Thanks!

*not confused anymore*
Yup. For us, here's Y. Trying, but failing, to extort VAT from a member living across the world on a Pacific Island not an EU member. Say Sayonara to our business, GOG!
