I bought Cyberpunk 2077 in late december and only got 3 ish hours on it. My computer doesn't handle it too well and it was too buggy for my liking. I decided to get a refund 3rd of January and got a response instantly, asking if I would like in GOG store currency or back into my payment method. I said I wanted back into my bank account, then they did the "if your issue was resolved, please reply with #solved". After 3 days I was still waiting on my money so I emailed again from the original ticket email saying the money still wasn't it my account. I haven't gotten a response since, and I'm kinda mad I basically threw $90AUD down the drain. The game is still in my library aswell
