I'm sorry - that looks less to me like a "claw" and more like a guy clinging to a mountain. The "nail" looks like a triangular blade covering / attached to his hand (with the hand underneath the blade).

I hope it is not Dark Souls, because I have a goddamn job and i can't dive again into that game now that winter is coming, with the lot of job I have to do...

Besides, my laptop will die with that game...

The more I look at it the more I think it's not what it seems to me to be. It seems to have some very detailed features, but then again some parts seem drawn like it was airbrushed over, or someone did that after the fact to hide these features*. Intriguing.

*I am aware that was likely done anyway.

So obvious question - anyone image search it yet?

What kind of webbed, three-fingered(?) hands do you have? :P

To me, it really looks like something that's part of the dragon family.

I studied it a bit, and I don't see a claw. I see a hoof with the creature's leg stretching up, with some kind of sharp thumb.

It appears to be stomping down on something vaguely humanoid, like a skeleton. You can see his leg dangling over the cliff edge and what appears to be torn up pants, and you can see his arm stretched out to the far right. Some kind of cloth is draped over him too.

To me, it really looks like... I need to add some funds to my wallet, just in case this turns out to be something interesting. Until then I won't bite the bait and spend two days wondering what a fuzzy background picture is all about.

For some reason the picture reminds me of this classic D&D artwork.

Probably just the Winter Sale, though I also hope it's something more special like a highly-desired game.

(I hope we get another freebie released during the sale, like Halloween Harry/Alien Carnage.)
