It was July 14 - almost a MONTH ago, and still nothing has changed. I think that this amount of time was more than enough to request a new batch of serial keys. Basically, you sold me (and other customers who bought the game recently) a product with features that are missing due to your fault. The moment when the serial keys ran out was overlooked by the GOG staff, not by the customers or someone else. In this situation, you should at least apologize for the inconvenience you caused.
Do your job properly and no one will have to "escalate" anything on the forums.
