For me, both "Twinsen's Odyssey" and "Toonstruck" were two awesome finds (it's actually a much bigger list, but these two were nostalgic).
Twinsen's Odyssey was more of an isometric real-time action/adventure and had plenty of puzzles and places to explore. That was one of the few games that kept me busy for hours and the animated cut-scenes were cute and well done.
Toonstruck, an interesting adventure in the classic Sierra/LucasArts flavor, was an interesting mix of real video with cartoon adventure. Interesting voice (and character) acting by Ben Stein, Christopher Lloyd, and Tim Curry along with an veritable "who's who" of recognizable voice actors (Dan Castellaneta, Tress MacNeille, Rob Paulson to name a few).
The game was cute, had its funny moments and kind of made me think that at the time, the game makers wanted to cash in on the same mix of live action/cartoon that once again became popular with movies like "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" and "Cool World".
