For me, both "Twinsen's Odyssey" and "Toonstruck" were two awesome finds (it's actually a much bigger list, but these two were nostalgic).

Twinsen's Odyssey was more of an isometric real-time action/adventure and had plenty of puzzles and places to explore. That was one of the few games that kept me busy for hours and the animated cut-scenes were cute and well done.

Toonstruck, an interesting adventure in the classic Sierra/LucasArts flavor, was an interesting mix of real video with cartoon adventure. Interesting voice (and character) acting by Ben Stein, Christopher Lloyd, and Tim Curry along with an veritable "who's who" of recognizable voice actors (Dan Castellaneta, Tress MacNeille, Rob Paulson to name a few).

The game was cute, had its funny moments and kind of made me think that at the time, the game makers wanted to cash in on the same mix of live action/cartoon that once again became popular with movies like "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" and "Cool World".
"Have you found good, but obscure games, here?"
- Well, maybe not obscure, but these nice games don't get mentioned too often:

Tower of Guns *
Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath *
Outlaws *
Enclave
Blade of Darkness (removed)
Waking Mars
Steamworld Dig
Stick It To The Man!
Toonstruck *
Time Gentlemen Please! & Ben there, Dan That *
Legend of Kay *
Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas
The Last Tinker: City of Colors *
Unmechanical
Card City Nights *
Aquaria *
Apotheon
Albion *
Nox *
Rage of Mages 1 & 2 *
Forgotten Realms Unlimited Adventures (included in FR Collection Volume 2) *
Dex (ok, it only just got here, but still! ;) )

(* These games I already knew before they came to GOG though, the others I discovered here.)

Games I discovered through GOG but that get talked about more often and aren't really obscure include Psychonauts, Beyond Good & Evil, Dust: An Elysian Tale, Anachronox, Arx Fatalis, Gothic, Jade Empire etc.

"What game(s) you think don't receive the love they deserve?"
- Eh, who I am I to say who deserves what, but personally I really can't relate to any praise for Evoland, Gomo or Richard & Alice.

No ones mentioned Soulbringer so far. Its kinda rough but I played it back when it was new so you know how that is.
Nexus is kind of underrated/not well known.
It's not perfect and there's a fair share of problems with some missions, but if anyone is interested in being a starfleet commander, you could do a lot worse and it gives off a certain space opera vibe.
