Johnson444: I asked for a refund on 2 games for my digital wallet 2 weeks ago and GOG have not got back to me, despite saying it should take 24 hours. Just how the fuck long do I have to wait?
Our support team does its best to respond to every request in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that refunds for wallets still require a staff member to take a look at the ticket, as we monitor our refund policy and possible abuse.
Opening multiple threads on the forum won't expedite your request, and opening multiple tickets for the same refund will also slow down the process.
With that being said, I will close this thread.
