Nope. Would be too much of a financial investment on GOG's side.
These cards would have to get printed and distributed worldwide, and they would need to be connected to some financial service, which demands contracts, which in return require lawyers to be involved, etc, etc.,...
Simply use Paypal or any of the other available prepaid credit card services (see attachment).
