ZaineH: I definitely need to play more of Tales of Maj'Eyal.
You should!
It's an awesome game. Just finished a play through of it a few days ago with one of said time travelling classes (Temporal Warden)

adaliabooks: Tales of Maj'Eyal has two unlockable classes that deal with time travel and paradoxes, and a sub quest / zone that's kind of time travel related (more parallel worlds / paradoxes / wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff really)
Oh yes! Best use of time-travel in a game. There's an ability that lets you travel through multiple timelines and let you choose which one you want to continue on. It makes save scumming a game mechanic! :D
If precog qualifies there's cognition. A couple Ultima games have time travel (Ultima 1 & Martian dreams i believe).

tinyE: Time Commando
Prince of Persia SOT
Total Overdose
Total Overdose? I don't remember that...

Also, you only mentioned Prince of Persia SOT, but WW and TTT do too.

And let's not forget Chronology.

XD I was waiting for someone to mention my mention of Total Overdose.

You have the power to go back 1 or 2 seconds in time during a gun fight, kind of similar to the slow down of the Max Payne games.

Hey, the OP never said it had to be vast time travel. :P

You can? I went through it and never noticed. XD
Not unusual, same thing happened with Chaser.

I'm pretty sure you can. Shit, I hope I'm not thinking of another game.

I think the Chaser only had adrenaline mode, sort of bullet time that slowed down time but I don't think you could also move back like in PoP.

Yeah, it's TO. Hit the tab key and it reverses time for a couple of seconds.
ARCANUM!

Edit- Also Original War

Gateways seems to deal a bit with time travel, sort of.
Sorry off topic here but,

Speaking of time travel. Have you guys seen the movie called Primer? Fucking wicked movie! It was made on such a low budge but holy shit, it's a wicked movie about time travel. I've watched it so many times now and it still blows my mind. Such a good mind fuck. The director also has another film called Upstream Color which is also very mindfucky but not about time travel.

But back to time travel, there is another good movie I seen about it recently called Predestination. Not too bad, but not nearly as good as Primer. Primer owns in the time travel department.
STFU

[EDIT] That could possibly be misconstrued as something else...

Super Time Force Ultra has plenty of time travel and messing with time on a small scale is a central game mechanic.

Also, Ultima 1 and 2, though I hear 2 isn't that good.
Simon the Sorcerer has some time traveling toward the end.
