I too am having this problem. Uninstalled client and reinstalled on another drive, now client will not even get to the login.

No need to panic. Technical difficulties hit everybody from time to time. The site seems to be OK now, just give it a while and Galaxy will be fixed too.

I can open Galaxy if I go offline.

I download now offline installers of new games from website. I think can verify by Galaxy later, when "crisis" will gone.

I ran into this issue today.
Yesterday everything was ok.

The client just doesn't open.

Funnily enough I was having the same problem but when I put it ion compatibility mode for windows XP service pack 3 it went fine!

I was running into a similar problem. this fixed it for me.
My OS info is below if that helps anyone

That also worked for me juts tried it now i was having issues with empire earth gold edition woundt crash when starting any campaign etc after trying everything possible (found out that you cant have msi afterburner running neither riva tuner) even reinstalled gog web (which didnt install had to install the offline then the web on top of it) and it wouldnt just load the launcher at all but now your compatibility solution works just fine :)

I couldn't install or update some games until I ran it in XP SP3 mode. I couldn't even open the client! The only time it ran was on start up, and again, games wouldn't even update. Now, everything is running just fine. Thank you so much!
