Hello, today when i started the gog galaxy an pop up window showed with the message - update for gog galaxy is available. I found that strange, because till now every time when there was update conserning the client it happened auto when i started it, i never had pop windows with update for gog till now. Is there a change for the updates or ot os something else? I also just clicked cancel and the gog loaded up regardlessly.

You probably didn't install the latest update then. I clicked OK and GOG Galaxy is now on version 1.2.49, what's yours? But anyway, I would also be interested why there's a dialog that needed confirmation?! Probably because it needed some administrative rights for whatever reason.
Same happened to me, a prompt for an update appeared yesterday.

But, as far as I know, the 1.2.49 is a beta release and I don't have selected the option to participate in betas in my galaxy settings.

Edit: It looks like 1.2.49 is not a beta release, just the changelog in the galaxy thread is not correct, nothing serious but it confused me.
