Would the makers of the Windows GOG Galaxy app please add the ability for the version number to be displayed for Winget? For anyone trying to upgrade GOG using Microsoft's new package manager is a bit of a nightmare as it always says an upgrade is available because the version number is missing.



As should be shown here it is always displaying "Unknown" even though I just updated it. I believe a simple ID that most companies have now added would fix this.

GOG Galaxy developers don't monitor this forum. They almost certainly don't monitor the dedicated GOG GALAXY 2.0 discussion forum either.

You should open a new support ticket. If you're having trouble getting past the chatbot, it supposedly asks for your e-mail address to contact support after it fails to answer your question repeatedly.
