I had the issue when playing Tyranny and thought it was a bug in that game, but now that I installed Torment Tides of Numenera, it's happening in that game too. However, I don't have this issue in a 3rd game, Pyre.

What happens is this:

1) Launching the game the first time is good, there's no issues
2) If I use the Galaxy overlay (Shift+Tab), after I hide it, the overlay elements at the bottom and top of the screen stay there. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/udw4gBb.png
3) If I quit and relaunch the game, and never use the overlay again, I still have a small automatic overlay popup in the bottom right showing the game name. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/VaTdyCT.png . It's faded compared to when it pops up on game launch, so it seems like Galaxy tried to hide it but it didn't fully take.

I'm playing on Windows 10, Surface Book 2 laptop with a GTX 1060.

Any thoughts?
