Thanks for the replies, it worked fine on my old HDD that is Win7, its refusing to work on my new install on SSD. I guess I will just clone the HDD to the SSD, which I was trying to avoid.
One day the consumer will be king once again, and what he pays for works.
L30P4RD73: I have searched this forum and tried many soloutions to my problem and none work
I am trying to run the client on Win7 SP1, as stated I have tried every soloution I have found here, C++ redist, compatability, uninst and reinst etc. Nothing works it tries to run then nothing, however it is running in Task Manager thats it.
Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks in advance.
nightcraw1er.488: Thankfully galaxy is mostly optional, so you can use the offline installers. These are files which you can keep, backup etc. The drm free way! Anaphalctic shock warning, even offline installers contain traces of galaxy…
I have attempted this, but sadly the downloads are always corrupt when I try to install them and cant verify them without the GOG client, it's a catch 22 situation.

Some stuff that might help.
