cool redanimalwar thank you I was going to try this to but after reading the first ten post i thought I was stupid for thinking that would work, butttt it does very smoothly i might add.

Step 1: don't read posts that are longer then a paragraph.
Step 2: look for a list of steps
Step 3: do those steps

redanimalwar: Let me give you a quick guilde how to move games without any linking.

1. Move the current installed and working (in galaxy) gamefolder to wherever you like.
(Galaxy should now tell you "install file corrupted" or something.)
2. Uninstall the game in galaxy
3. Choose "import Folder" in galaxy, choose the folder where you copied the game and watch galaxy check the files in the NEW location and your done.
Thanks this is what worked for me, only thing I did differently was, I went to settings and changed the download location from C drive to my E drive then pressed install.

Darling_Jimmy: You can on Mac by using the scan and import menu item under the plus sign. Don't know if that option is there in the Windows version but why not give it a try?
dude u r awesome I didn't even see that option and did not want to re-download seeing as I reinstalled windows and had it on another ssd. Thanks!!!
