Lastly I have discovered GOG have many big problems with cookies . I am even writing this topic from another PC in my network .
Even you are using 2FA and changed your password ; you are still not safe . Because if someone acquired your cookies , could open new topics , could edit your topics , could post replies on forum .
I tried to access library or account ; this one seems failed and opening homepage . So maybe it's only affecting GOG forums . But another very similar thing happening also with old GOG Downloader .
Once you are logged in and if you are not press log out , even if you change your password you will be still logged in .
