I saw that despite me owning Unmechanical on Steam and it being in the current round of GoG Connect games, that it was registering as unowned.

I'm assuming this is likely an issue with it being listed as Unmechanical Extended on GoG, while the Extended content was simply a free update with no name change for the Steam version.

Anyways, I couldn't find any sort of error reporting subforum, so here's my thread pointing out the issue, hoping it gets noticed and fixed!


Edit: It also seems that Realms of Arkania 3 isn't being properly recognized

Quick question: were either of you able to use GOG Connect on any other games? I'm curious if the problem is Unmechanical / Realms of Arkania 3 in particular, or if it's GOG Connect in general. For example, your Steam profile needs to be Public when you use GOG Connect or it won't work at all, etc.

While there's no support forum, per se, if you scroll down to the footer of this or any other GOG page, you'll see a list of Support links. For website and other out-of-game issues, I'd hit "Contact us."

Yeah, Connect works fine barring these two games for me, I was able to redeem Total Annihilation, Stacking, and etc that I owned perfectly fine.

I sent in a support ticket and they manually resynced my accounts, which fixed the issue for me.

It's still not recognized for me - I own Unmechanical on Steam but the GOG Connect page doesn't see it even after refreshing and logging in a few times.

edit: It unexpectedly showed up ~30-40 minutes after posting this, no idea what caused the delay though.
