Are new games still being added to GoG Connect?

Humble just came out with a new Sierra Adventure bundle that I'd love to be able to have access to on GoG.
Yes, Fort Triumph is up there currently.

It's a promotional tool though and not a "hey guys, here's more things you don't have to pay for again" regular present. It typically gets spotlighted during big sales or if a developer and/or publisher, like the Fort Triumph developer, gives the okay for it to be available for a window of time.

I wouldn't get too hopeful to see Sierra titles on it, or titles belonging to big publishers at all to be honest.

Also, if you want to see games on it, and it's games that happen to be sold on GOG - get in touch with the developers of those games or even the publishers and respectfully request that they consider allowing them to be included in the next wave of GOG Connect titles. Maybe something will happen, maybe it won't. But at least you'll know that you tried.

Somewhat on topic; I wonder if part of the reason GOG is looking to make "the mother of all clients" with Galaxy 2 is a sort of resignation that Connect didn't work to attract more paying customers to this store. Do people that take advantage of Connect program free copies go on to buy other games here on GOG?
