You're right an unplayed team can be changed with no additional costs at the low start prices but just as you I'm not sure whether it is "set" at first match or when entering the league, I guess it's first match though.

i am about to recreate the league to bb and will post about it soon. after every has applied their teams to the league i/admins will randomize the groups and possibly do some slight tweaking if it looks like utter nonsense.

after that youll be able to see the matchdays up till the last regular matchday. top 4 of both groups will then proceed to playoffs.

We will attempt to have same number of vet and new teams in both groups.

You remember correctly.

Since they cost double after team creation this is nearly always a bad idea unless you play one of the auto-rerolls teams (Amazons for example).

We were running into some unexpected problems (Thank you, Cyanide!) when re-creating the league.
It will still be listed as private *sigh* but the matches should be visible for all, even non-members.
Just a few more minutes and it's all ready.

True. Normally I wouldn't consider it but given the situation I may risk it. I'm playing Necros and I'm going to have to save up for something either 140K for a third reroll or 110K for a second Golem or 120K for a second werewolf or 140K for two Ghouls.

Since this team will only be playing this season before the reboot and I'll have a large pool of inducement against most vet teams I can get the third reroll or field a merc or star player and a reroll won't steal my MVP SPP. Also it will maximize the time my positionals have to level up.

The disadvantage is against other rookies I'll be using just 2 rerolls.

If I lose everygame and at least earn 30K per game I can buy my third reroll after game five so if I see the schedule has 4 vets in my first 5 games maybe I risk it.

At least that's my thinking.

Also yay for the new league I'll make a new team when I get home.

To celebrate our halfling masters, i will now announce halfling mayhem special event for the coming season.

Before my (or other) halfling team hits the pitch for first time - give me your predictions for the numbers of coming season:

These are four different categories, ill later give some random prize which i will figure out later for the one who guesses it closest. In case of ties, Nuffle has the last word.
