Will some banners in library ever gonna get updated like Police Quest series that use same generic background?Is this due to copyright issues or just lazyness?

They are in the process of changing the Police Quest one right now. In order to make it more current they are going to change it to a group of police shooting unarmed civilians.

Lazyness or lack of manpower or lack of allotted personel is your definite answer.

Ever since they just grabbed Laserschwert's fan poster for Tales of Monkey Island off the internet without asking the artist and used it as a background for the game page, I'm pretty damn sure they have a fairly liberal attitude towards copyright (although they changed it in the meantime).
