If you're talking about literal duplicates, that's not normal and you should open a support ticket. If you're talking about reminders that your exclusive discount code is about to expire and such, those don't use the exact same subject line and message body. Even in the latter case, a support ticket is usually your best bet.

What did support say? You should only need to unsubscribe once, unless you re-subscribe by claiming games on giveaway.
