Well, thanks for the giveaway, even if it will take quite a while to end.

As for what one life matters? It doesn't really. One or many, we'll all gonna die in the end (maybe even vanish completely from the face of the Earth) and there's nothing we can do to stop it. So enjoy life while it lasts.

Alternatively, one life can guarantee you a difference in Super Mario Bros. Whether you see the game over screen or save the princess for real, one life CAN make a difference. (It did to me at least.)

Ants are a lot more abundant, though not as tasty.

ants aren't a useful resource
Even the smallest person in the world may be the biggest in someone's universe.

ISC: One year here, so there's only one way to celebrate it:

I pledged for THREE other copies of Tides of Numenera, so this could be the longest giveaway in this forum.

What to do to enter?

What does one life matter?

You have 'till December 2014 to choose your answer. Choose wisely.
I reserve the right to pick the winners by chaos (random.org), law (me) or even expand the prize to more winners. Time will tell.
One life matters not just in what can be done with it, which is arguably most important, but also in what people see in it. In some Situations a life is worth more dead than alive. The death of an individual can bring about massive change where in life they sold have accomplished little. On theother hand the actions one takes in life can inspire others to do amazing things or to just bring happiness to dozens, even if there is little that individual does themselves.
A life is worth as much as is done with it.

I'll keep it short as I'm writing on my phone while travelling.

They're a lot more productive than humans.

That said, I'm not sure one ant's life matters.
