Okay i tried as suggested with Blade & sword, still the same problem, in fact without admin privilege, an error message saying log in a admin appears.

The carmageddon patch seems to have worked, however upon trying to run the game, it says i have to determine graphics card and sound card, etc. I'm trying to look for the set up, in the game's launcher there's a set up button, and i get the same message, along with error whilst profiling the system.

How weird?!?

Hmmm..... try playing it without any compatibility settings and have run as administrator checked it might work now!

Yeah, i gave that a go. I'll try it again later on today in case i messed up.
