Hi,

I've some games that are in english, and I want to have it in spanish. I'm sure that some ot them exist in spanish but the selector only allow to select in english, so the webpage only has the english verision. Is there any way to get it in spanish or the avaible language is limited by legal reasons?.

If not, please add more games in spanish to the shop.

If the only language on the webpage of the game is english, that means that the game is officially only in english on GOG, even if other languages for the game exists. Yes, it's often mainly for legal reasons, and sometimes simply because GOG doesn't have the other language(s) version(s) on hand and in this case, if someone provide it to them, they make it available.
But sometimes, a game who shows only "english" in the official supported languages on the gamepage can still have some other languages available. But these are particular cases, and you should ask in the particular subforums of the concerned games, to know if there is a solution.

Yes, also some games you install with english installer, and when you play it, you can choose spanish on the setup menu.

And I agree, more spanish games are welcome. ^_^

Sometimes you'll see an update for a game and they'll say "special thanks to so-and-so for providing a German language copy" or w/e so I guess if you have Spanish copies of games you could contact support and maybe send them in - or maybe just the manual? Obviously this doesn't help you with games you don't own - but someone else might so it's good to share.

More languages in general is always welcome :)

I've gotten used to playing in English as default to avoid things getting lost in translation (and sometimes the translation introduced bugs - I am looking at you, original Colonization), but having more options is always a good thing for players. I hope Spanish and other languages gain a more prominent presence in GOG in the future.

The most of games that I've are digital with DRM (steam, origin...), or has any kind of DRM like cd check, so i cannot help too much.

Maybe I've a copy of TLJ in spanish, but have DRM.

Off the top of my head, I remember playing Loom in Spanish, but the GOG version is English-only.

English is the common version.
