Hi, I have some problems with the new version of the game, yesterday I tried the game with the fan translation to spanish and the game don't work anymore, can someone confirm if they are experiencing the same issues?

Did you back up / keep the older offline installer? I'd start doing that from now on, especially if certain mods are important to you.

If not, you could use the Galaxy roll back function... (and zip it up somewhere so you'll always have it)

If nobody here (or in the game specific subforum) can help you; you could try sending an email to the developer.

Gemini Rue got updated? That's quite a surprise for an adventure game that's been out for so long.

According to the "what just updated" thread, with this latest update on GOG, Gemini Rue is now the same version as the Steam version and built with the latest (at the time of the original update, so February 2021) version of AGC engine.

"Gemini Rue has been updated to the latest version of the Adventure Game Studio engine! This means the game now runs in the openGL graphics driver, which means the game is now sliiightly more compatible with a greater number of modern monitor configurations."

For fan patches, if they no longer work / or no longer can be installed, it's best to contact the team that made and maintains the patch. They can provide an updated version of the patch that will work with the new version of the game.

Fortunately I got a back up, but still it would be good to update this version that has better compatibility with modern systems and improved reaolution scalling.
Already tried to contact the guy that released the improved version, I can even try do it myself but my knowledge about the sujet is very limited.
