Fantasysci5: He's been nothing but nice to me since I've met him, and I've been trying to help your rep a bit, GameRager.

Anyway, back on topic-I can't wait for the Steam Summer Sale. I've been holding back on this GOG sale incase a game I want more goes on sale. :P But I'm very tempted. Thank god this sale is lasting for quite awhile. ;)
There's about six Interplay games I want but only getting the three EW Jims and Daikantan at GG. I know I can afford 6 later for the other Interplay games where as Steam will, more than likely, have a lot of $20 games marked down to $3.

Does no one else like this or are they just afraid of GG's DRM?

Just read the ancient Game Spot write-up. Gonna try it anyway.

Some of my favorite games are the 3D Sonics which everyone hates so I find I can't always go by popular opinion for most games.

There's some issues: Sucky teammate AI(they die alot, but usage of proper commands can mitigate this), and lack of saves(the patch puts them back in via an option in the menu), and some other minor things.

Lack of saves would be a major pain in the butt if that is fixed with a patch, then no worries.

I've been able to get into some pretty tough to love games like Romancing SaGa 3 and Unlimited SaGa.

The only time I really find myself turned away by a title is if it is the same old thing that I've played a thousand times before but just with a fresh coat of paint.

The original version has saves but you needed to collect crystals to save....sort of like Resident Evil, but as long as you had a crystal you could save anywhere once per crystal.
No one mentions that in Daikatana you need to shoot bugs, small bugs, for a large portion of the game?
Seriously, any one who buys this POS game expecting redeeming qualities is getting into a ....something bad.

I guess if you don't get burned you never learn lol.

The bugs aren't so bad with the katana.....just swing until they're dead.

dyscode: So others did not like his attitude obviously but I see no connection to question his honesty.
The one transaction I did with him was super smooth.

carnival73: Game Rager is cool - his political standings are just a bit more liberal than most here. That's why he gets picked on a lot.

But I always say that we know why we are the way we are and if it works for us, we should let no amount of coercion alter our base principles.
Yeah tbh I don't see why so many people have a problem with you Game Rager

They troll me because I don't act as they expect a "proper gogger" to act. In essence they think they know what's best for Gog and my prescence and counter personality upsets that.
X-Box Live users should check this out. You can buy 1 month Xbox Live for £1/€1 here make sure you pay with Paypal. Rinse and repeat for as many times as it works.

How many times can you do this per live id/name?

I logged in but it seems I have a different usertag on my live net page than my console usertag. I wonder if support can link my account from the console into this and put the gold month on there?
If I buy from gamersgate, does it download as an setup.exe like here or is it iso or what? And do I need to burn them on disc or something or do they stay there? Do I need somekind of appliciation to run those, as in steam-like..
They seem to have pretty often good offers. (which won't last long) I would buy perhaps hitmans if I had the money.
So this was a rhetolical question. Many questions.
Well, without asking, you'll never learn.
