Is it worth to buy Dead Rising 2 , if you can't get the DLCs and if you don't have a gamepad or controller ?

From what I gather the controls are pretty crap if you don't use a controller (particularly the 360 one). That's what's putting me off getting it. I prefer mouse and keys for third person.
