Don´t know if anybody posted about it yet, but Space Rangers 2 :REBOOT (those who played it say it´s adds a good deal on SR2) is on sale at Gamersgate.

If you´re a fan of this type of game you need to have it. I didn´t even play Space Rangers 2 through yet, but I love this sort of game (I´ve played Star Control II, Ur-Quan masters actually, which is a masterpiece for sure) and I´m gonna buy it right now.

If you like SC2 and Starflight, you will absolutely adore Space Rangers 2 Reboot. One of the most addictive games I've ever played. Note: do not, under any circumstances, play this game 2 weeks prior to an examination or important project's deadline.

Agree on that, I absolutely love SR2: Reboot. Great game :)

4 Days of 2K sales on Steam btw. Today all Mafia stuff 75% off.

I might buy Mafia 1 and 2 and the DLC mission (but passing on those stupid cars / suits.)

A warning to those in Japan. Mafia 2 is Japanese language only. if you want an uncut English language version, you'll need someone to gift it to you. As the game is finally released, gifting over Steam should now work.

Yeah sadly. And worse, it has all the boobies removed. They are replaced by big black boxes. Pathetic really.

Any hope to see the original Mafia on GOG? I wanted to wait to get it here (DRM free<3) but Steam's price is hard to resist. I can get one for myself and one for my bro for 5$.

Agreed on this. Pirates seems unlikely (@above)

This would be the most obvious sales line.
The worst thing is that I really want Civ 5, but @50 euro, even if it's half price it's above what I'm willing to pay for it. (or most games) Heck, I can get cheaper retail than 50% would give me.

Only if you buy the Japanese version. It's a completely different version to the ROW ones. Steam doesn't even recognize on the store that I own the game anymore either as I have a US version.

Vitek: This week GamersGate sale seems to be focused on space games.
Darkstar One, Haegemonia, Master of Orion I-III, Space Rangers, Star Wolves, Star ruler and some others.
I never even knew there were so many space combat sims before I checked the GG sale (D2D had some too I think). Too bad apparently they all suck...

No, thanks to Ishihara, breasts are only allowed in his rape novels and live action porn. Everywhere else, they are now a big no-no. =S

I tell you, it's kinda difficult being intimate with the wife when there's these black boxes and mosaics getting in the way of everything >_>
