Hmm... now I'm getting conflicting reports. I sure remember it as Steam-only from Groupees Bundle of the Damned 2, but IGBWiki mentions it as DRM-Free plus Steam. Who to believe?

It was DRM-free (+steam key) in the Damned 2. I'm staring at it right now.
There's a chance it was added retroactively, I don't remember exactly.

Damn misleading icons.

There may be one or more Steam related DLLs in the game's installation directory (for example steam_api.dll and/or others) - try renaming those. Sometimes a DRM-free game will require/load the Steam client if those DLLs exist and not bother with Steam if those DLLs aren't found.

It seem to be a bit dated. One of the forum members says:"The Crossworld expansion on Steam flat out tells you that you have to own the Steam version of Armored Princess to play it."

But the game's page says:"King’s Bounty: Crossworlds is the stand alone expansion for the famous King's Bounty: Armored Princess role-playing game that contains an improved version of it, two additional campaigns and world editor. "

Which of those statements is true anyway?

so basically if you have Armored Princess alone + crossworld ; you have twice armored princess (sort of) o_O :

since Crossworlds has Armored Princess included : But it's a rebalanced / extended campaign .... Crossworlds by itself doesn't have lots of additional content in the end.

Indeed, I just noticed the big discount on The Fall in particular because it's only been out for 2 months.
