Damn those thieves at Direct2Drive. They're scamming people out of five cents if they purchase Bioshock 1 and 2 in a bundle then buying them on sale as separate items. Bastards!

Does anyone know if other versions of Absolute Power work with the Steam version of Tropico 3? Only I know you can register retail versions, but I wasn't sure about Gamersgate or Impluse.
Reminder the 15% sale on all Impulse games is still on today only w/coupon code Impulse-Bday

And as usual, the Steam servers are getting hammered right now. The client hardly works. ><
Also, don't rush with getting your game. Wait for it to be a daily deal. If it doesn't become a daily deal, you can always get it on the last day of this promotion.

It's not compatible. See post #5 on the link below:

For the record, it seems Absolute Power is on sale on Steam now.
Ok, both GRID and Dirt 2 are on sale on Steam. I want to get one of them (and only one). Which one should I pick?
I'm also picking Bioshock 2 for $15, I guess. I've heard very good things about it on the Gameshark podcasts, and I really want to see that for myself.

Both are very good as you would expect from Codemasters. GRID is more realistic while DIRT2 is presented more like a Tony Hawk game. It really boils down to do you prefer track racing or rally?

Yeah, I notcied, thanks. That's why I wasn't too gutted when lackoo1111 told me it probably wasn't going to work.

Tough call. Personally I prefer GRiD simply because I prefer road racing to offroad. I also like the way that the campaign is set out in GRiD too. Although it does take a little while before giving you that much control over the campaign.
As is typical of Codemasters driving games it's all pretty railroaded from the start. Personally I prefer having options right from the start. But yeah they're both pretty good and it's purely a matter of personal preference really. Just don't expect a rally game from DiRT 2.
will pick up Toki Tori from Impulse tomorrow
passing all the other deals
