Retail and GG versions are DRM free...GG version sells for $13 if you want to be sure.

Dunno...but all DRM-free games on D2D should have this kind of badge somewhere in the game description page.

Considering that it was on sale for a large chunk of last year at around $6, there's a good chance Cryostasis will go on sale again on Gamersgate at some point this year if you're prepared to wait a bit.
