Direct2Drive has a pile of strategy games marked way down right now. Majesty, Majesty 2, Hearts of Iron 2 Complete, Hearts of Iron 3, King's Bounty : Armored Princess, Tropico 3, Supreme Commander Gold, Theatre of War, Imperium Romanum and Cities XL are each under $20. Civ 4 Complete is $22.50.

D2D is regional restriction mess. EU shop is complete rip-off just like Steam. When you find good game for good price - it has regional restrictions.

Easy there. I'm not screaming false advertising. I am simply miffed that the email has a big pretty "4.99" on the image of Psychonauts, but I can't get it individually for that price.

I already have advent rising, so Psychonauts plus Bloodrayne 1 and 2 for $12.97 would be an awesome deal.... except i bought psychonauts in the steam sale...

Gundato: Worth 8 dollars? Hell yes. Last Stand alone is worth 8 dollars.
And, if we had to compare it to a previous Relic game, it would be like Tales of Valor (second expansion for CoH). You control a few squads in combat, and focus heavily on them.
Honestly, I view it more like a sequel to Chaos Gate. So think (the tactical part of) XCOM, Silent Storm, etc. Just real-time.

michaelleung: Tales of Valor feels like World in Conflict set in WWII. I don't really think it compares to DOW2 in any way in that they're so different.

Depends on which campaign. But you have to admit, it IS the closest Relic has done to DoW2.

Good collection. AAAAAAHH, Crayon Deluxe ,Machinaruim and Braid are major epic games. New games I have a certain feeling that they should be GoG.

A lot of games that I want, but don't want from D2D.
It's a funny thing, that we never get good discounts on gamersgate for paradox titles, but on every other DD site they are always highly discounted. :/

If you have a psp, PSN put up Grandia this week (in NA at least) - $10. Not a sale technically, but I've been looking for an affordable copy of the game for years. I know there are a few other JRPG fans out there that might be interested. They put up a lot of other good stuff from their back catalogue of late, too.
