It includes the first 5 episodes, but looking at the developers homepage there are another two episodes in development and a full season package will come.

There was a demo which I did not even bother finishing, it needs Adobe AIR, BTW.
(I said it before) check the review and play the demo before you just jump in.
while the story is somewhat interesting the game mechanics are controversial at bet.
Yes, I read the same. Story is good, mechanics not. My hope is that with an episodic release scheme and a full season at the end they will fix that, so I will wait for this and then check again. Otherwise it looks very tempting for me: turn-based, story-driven and isometric view. Adobe Air of course is really bad.
