Indiana Jones : FoA
Just stay away from STALKER! It's a brilliant game, but in a severe melancholy kind of way.

Roller Coaster Tycoon games.
And in RCT 3 you can ride the coasters you build.
I also like building water parks, making the perfect lazy man river around the place also always makes the perfect smiling games.

I hesitate to mention KSP. Oh yeah it'll make you happy, when you'll reach orbit, or land on the Mun, or land on Eve. But how many tears will you have shed until then.
I should also mention Steamworld Heist, which to me was pure bliss, joy and giggles, but some people seem to abhor it, so, it's not quite the universally safe bet that I would expect it to be.
