Are there any games that allow you to make literally pixel-perfect placement of units, buildings, etc., or even in some way fulfill your desire for perfection?

I've been playing Stronghold HD for example, and I like it but I wish I could have been able to build roads so I can view placement of buildings and make sure they're EXACTLY two square units apart from the next closest building and such. If they're not I'll tear them down and rebuild, wasting resources. I want perfection!

I know this isn't much to go on, but I hope there's someone that understands what I mean and can relate to me. If you're the kind of person who restarts missions or remakes characters due to the slightest imperfections, then you may understand my plight.

So, tell me, are there any games that fulfill your OCD?
Settlers.

I'm playing #6 right now and I spend hours trying to get by buildings perfectly equidistant from each other.

Yes! You understand me!

But does the game assist you in some way? Or are you destined to forever hoping you place them just right?
When playing Age of Mythology, I didn't like how it gave you more freedom to place towers, walls etc., compared to e.g. Age of Empires 1-2 where you had to place them into a square. It was harder to build pixel perfectly straight lines of towers and such in Mythology as some of them might be off the line a few pixels.

It mainly just made it a bit slower to place buildings in Mythology as they wouldn't instantly snap into their exact position in the row.

In Starcraft, if playing against Zerg, I have an urge to go through the whole map to destroy every Zerg building in order to get rid of that brown goo on the ground, and sometimes even wait until all the goo has vanished (it vanishes over time if you destroy the buildings). Cleanse the map of all Zerg infestation (goo)!

When playing against Terrans or Protoss, I don't have quite the same urge to destroy absolutely everything.

Factorio. With the recent update, it's easier to make world where the monsters won't be an issue, so you can make all sorts of machinery and then line it all neatly with belts and such!

Also, Dwarf Fortress, on a 7 Dwarf Challenge is nice, because then you can focus nicely on meticulous arrangements for your dwarves.

Actually, video games helped curing my slight OCD with all the ridiculously well hidden secrets and silly achievements.
I ain't got time for that anymore.

Braid being the prime example.
Try to find all of the starts, I dare you.
Even with a walkthrough it's ridiculous since at one point you have to stand on a cloud for hours. Nope, just nope.
(Although this game is kinda about a guy with OCD and trolling the player so it does make sense at least)

Perfection? I'm always happy if I can pull through at all by the skin of my teeth :D

#6 is really sensitive to uneven terrain so you end up with buildings slightly askew from one another whether you like it or not. Don't get me started on walls. They always end up looking like a jumbled mess.
While there's a lot of in-the-moment stuff relating to lining up things in games, none of that is really memorable. Closest thing I can think of right now is always clearing up the whole map in strategy games, even if that isn't a goal. Hell, sometimes I clear it up even if it goes against achieving my objectives.

EDIT: Oh, and always leaving the crown on one of the on-screen characters' heads while playing King's Quest.

From what I understand you are (for some reason) looking for games where buildings don't snap to a grid (or are you? your post is really confusing).

These RTS titles come to mind:

Dawn of War
Company of Heroes
Cossacks
American Conquest

I *think* there also was no snapping in:

Heroes of Annihilated Empires
Spellforce

Not 100% sure about the last two, though.

Terraria and Factorio, and then everything else way behind.
Starbound is a great one.

Actually, games aren't very good for OCD.
"Oh God, I have to collect 50k shells to get 100%"

Why two?
