So

i have a couple of games in my liberary that are in need of some special loving. If you search online you can find a couple of solutions to these problems but as the scaredy cat i am i rather see them working straight out of the box.

Games i'm thinking of are for example

Conquest Frontier
Deadlock
Privateer 2 video stuff
and that old jrpg FF lookalike which name i forgot

These are as far as i know off all of the games i have trouble with. I'm asking this because i found a couple of topics where the official GOG response seemed to be "we can't get it working on this or that operating system i'm very sorry"

Will there ever be another round of new problem solving solutions for these games?

Are you asking whether GOG will solve problems? In that case, the answer is no.

We need to support ourselves.

Conquest Frontier actually works NOW.

For a long time it was broken all to hell for me, but GOG has done a pretty nice job of fixing it up. It's by no means perfect, but at least it starts, which is more than it used to.

I take it back. It's not working anymore. :P

I got it working again, but it requires some work with the ini file.
