Elmofongo: GOG might have a difficult time getting the soundtrack for Brutal Legend because well good luck getting the license of multiple artist :P
The sountrack sold on Steam doesn't contain any of the licensed music anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem.

No soundtrack for Bastion at the moment, sadly.

EDIT: Soundtrack and artbook are missing for Tri: Of Friendship and Madness

EDIT: Tiny and Big: Grandpa's Leftovers is missing the soundtrack. (Not to be confused with the included "game track", which is just one song)
