If they are working like company is located it is 1 AM right now, so noone is working on it. And this is long weekend here so we are fckd

Actually, our Galaxy Team managed to fix this issue, but it may still take up to 30min before all accounts are back to normal.

Little lower You have offline instal app. They will fix everything with time.

Galaxy is now showing newly purchased games for me, as Hitman just popped into my Galaxy library. I would guess their databases are not handling the traffic all that well.

I just had this same issue, and been I t hink 20 minutes or so since my purchase... my credit card says I paid gog.com but both on galaxy and on the website the games show in the shopping cart.

I know it's a week after the last comment, but I just bought Siege of Dragonspear today (6/21/2020), got the confirmation email and money taken from my account, but the game is not showing up for download, neither in Galaxy or the damn website.

It's a DLC for Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, not a separate game.

Right Click on game -> Manage Installation -> Configure

DLCs should be there...

Or under Extras for the offline installer.

Good morning everyone. I recently purchased the witcher 3 expansion pass dlc. I received the mail confirming the idem as added to my library but it doesn't show up. Instead if I open gog on browser they say I have to buy it. As ever anyone been through something like that?

Do the expansion show up for download (as offline backup installers) in your Witcher 3 in your account?
If you use Galaxy - if you "configure" the game, do the expansions show up there?

And also - when you own the base game and the expansion pass, the GOTY should also be automatically added to your account. Does it show up?

Mage's Initiation: Reign of Elements (Steam) - this game doesn't appear in GOG library despite my attempts to synchronize it from steam.

There are other ones as well: e.g. Gothic (Playable Teaser) - though I think this was done intentionally as GOG devs don't want to show this as it's not a full game but rather a concept-demo of sorts?

Two worlds and Vampire bloodlines. Bought them, on website they are in my account but galaxy does not show them. Seems it is not updated or something. Two days have passed but still they don't show up. Annoying, everything was so good before this. Do I have to reinstall galaxy?? I have many games installed already,would prefer not to do it.
