So I own some Bethesda games (the Entire Fallout and Elder Scrolls series) but some of the games are not marked as owned in the store even though I own them. For example I own Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition (https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/pyvdcrepqzy.png) but when I search for it in the store it doesn't show as being in my library (https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/84apczkx2l4.png). This is also true for Morrowind and Oblivion. I received these games as giveaways from Amazon Prime. Now I have other games that I have received the same way (Prey) that shows up fine and even another Bethesda game (Wolfenstein: The New Order) but the above listed ones show as unowned in the store despite them appearing in my library.

The Amazon Prime keys sometimes gives you a version of the game with a different ID number - that's why.

GOG hasn't really solved this issue yet. Happens if you for example buy a base game and DLC separate instead of Deluxe Edition - then the Deluxe Edition is not marked as owned. Been an issue for years :)

It's because these games have two entries in GOG database, e.g. Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition has #1 that's visible in GOG store and #2 that's not, and #2 is activated by AP key.
Don't know why it's been implemented this way, it would be great to contact support for it for changing the entry in library or fixing it another way.
P.S. Same situation with another recent AP game - Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition.
As an example, 1440163901 is the regular Morrowind package that shows up in the store, while 1432185303 is the one from Amazon Prime.

Both grant you the same game, 1435828767, but the store doesn't mark packages as owned if you own all the individual components.

Conversely, you can also own some packages, like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition, and certain individual components won't be marked as owned, like the Expansion Pass, Blood and Wine, and Hearts of Stone.
Thank you all for taking the time to answer my question.
